Tim McKeough has spent over 25 years leading, teaching, and coaching people to perform at their highest level.

His career has spanned across CEO, COO, and VP roles, both building companies from the ground up and guiding multimillion-dollar organizations like Mayo Clinic and Aspirus through transformation.

Before Q Up Success

Before founding Q Up Success, Tim held the executive roles of CEO, COO, and multiple Vice President positions across healthcare and consulting.

He led Arizona Oncology Services as CEO, drove expansion as VP at Vitalize / Leidos / Pursuit Healthcare, and built high-performing teams that created cultures of cohesion.

The Turning Point

Years of nonstop work came to a halt when Tim faced emergency open-heart surgery.

Recovery forced reflection and a decision to rebuild life around sustainability.

Out of that moment came Q Up Success, a coaching and consulting practice designed to help leaders perform at a high level without losing themselves in the process.

Today, Tim helps others find that same balance between ambition and alignment in all aspects of life.

The Educator

Tim’s impact has recently extended into the classroom.

He serves on the faculty at UW–Stevens Point’s Sentry School of Business and Economics, where he began teaching in the MBA program, and as Adjunct Faculty at NorthCentral Technical College’s School of Business.

His teaching style mirrors his coaching approach: real-world lessons, honest dialogue, and the belief that leadership is a skill everyone can learn and continually refine.

The Coach
